Grade One were appointed by the Royal Warrant holding shirt maker to project manage the scheme from concept to completion.

The original building dating back to 1910 held a number of architectural features which were retained and included within the retail space scheme.

Our role included management of global supply chain specialists, including visits to specialist European manufacturing facilities to ensure quality and progress.
